If you do not have a printer at home, you can simply present the digital QR code on your phone at your local Post Office counter. We kindly ask that returned items are sent back unwashed and in a resellable condition.

Made to Be Remade (The Circular Loop)

Every piece we make is designed for a circular life cycle. When your item eventually wears out after years of use, please do not dispose of it in general waste.

Simply scan the QR code on the care label to return the item to us for free (UK only) so the organic cotton fibres can be reprocessed into fresh yarn. As a thank you for participating in material recovery, you will receive store credit towards your next order.

Questions?

If you have a query regarding sizing, fabric fit, or an existing order, please get in touch with us. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
